1. YOUR BATHROOM ORDER
Please check your order carefully & ensure all details are correct & that our salesperson has clearly understood the products and/or services requested.
If you are in any doubt please let us know immediately.
We ask that all goods are paid for prior to delivery. When transferring funds, please check our account details by phone with the member of staff you have been dealing with.
Deposits are non-refundable.
All goods must be delivered / collected within 2 months of your order date. After 2 months the order must be paid in full and may be subject to a storage charge.
Any product being held on order with our suppliers for over two months without delivery may be subject to price increases.
To enable us to offer a competitive delivery service Morland Bathrooms vans are manned by the driver alone – please ensure that suitable assistance is available to off-load heavy goods. If you require additional help to be sent alongside our driver, this will need to be arranged and there is an additional £25.00 surcharge.
ii Accepting deliveries
Morland Bathrooms cannot consider any claim for shortages or damages 3 days after delivery. Please ensure all goods are checked by yourself & that any problem is reported within a 3 day period.
iii Delivery Access
Please advise prior to delivery if you have poor access for our van. Deliveries will only be unloaded into a garage or a ground floor room.
Deliveries are made to your door & are generally carried out using our own vehicles & drivers. To keep our prices as low as possible, our drivers do not have assistants. Please ensure there is help on hand to unload.
- 0 to 25 miles from our store: Free deliveries on orders over £500
- More than 25 miles from our store: prices are available upon request.
4. FAULTY PRODUCTS
Due to our continuous policy of product evaluation & customer satisfaction, the Morland Bathrooms customer service team would like to hear from you if you are not entirely satisfied with any of our goods or services. We will happily re-supply any faulty item with return of the goods in question. All our products carry a 12 month warranty against fair wear & tear and faults occurring in any correct installation. Failure to install product properly will effect the guarantee. Any visible fault or damage to the the item in question must be reported before installation. Fitting of product is acceptance of its suitability and quality. Please check that the product is correct prior to installation, as claims after fitting cannot be considered.
There are three groups of products supplied by Morland Bathrooms:
Defined as:- all products stocked in-store. These items can be returned in their original packaging, in a resalable condition within 30 days of delivery or collection free of charge.
Non Stock Products
Defined as:- all other products excluding Specials and Bespoke products. These may be returned subject to manufacturers agreement and will be subject to a restocking charge. Refund for returned product will be issued after return and inspection by manufacturers.
Non Stock Special or Bespoke Products
Defined as:- All product that are being specially manufactured or imported for your order and specification. All specials and bespoke products cannot be cancelled or returned & will be charged in full.
If you have any doubt as to what constitutes a non stock product, special or bespoke products, please call us and we will be pleased to advise you in writing of the items in question.
Terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
