Last year, this returning customer and his wife traveled all the way from Norfolk to explore our showroom. Despite the husband facing communication challenges after a serious stroke earlier in the year, we worked together to design two lovely bathrooms and a downstairs WC. They opted for an ensuite without any shower screens to combat hard water issues, and a family bathroom that’s perfect for when the grandchildren come to visit.

What made you decide to start this project?
We were renovating the whole house and getting the bathrooms and WC right were regarded as very important. Having redone bathrooms before we were also aware of how important the rooms are and the importance of quality.
Where did you draw your inspiration from?
We have done bathrooms before and read interiors magazines.
What was the most challenging part of the process?
Avoiding having glass on shower door in ensuite bathroom as water is very hard.
What do you love most about your bathroom?
Showers are lovely. Quality of Keuco sink and cabinet very good and very pleasing.
How did you find the process from start to finish?
Process was very easy. Charlotte was very good and helpful throughout. This is very important to me as I have had a serious stroke and cannot talk clearly and am very unsteady.
How does the end result make you feel?
Make me feel very pleased and happy I went with Charlotte and Morlands. It was all very easy from the beginning and quality was very high.
