1. A relaxed, informative chat
Listening to and understanding the needs of a customer is integral to the success of all our bathroom projects.
So from the very first design appointment our expert designers will discuss your ideas, aspirations and personal tastes, as well as how you want your bathroom to perform on a practical level, for example, the storage you need.
If you would like to visit the showroom to speak to a member of our team in detail, we recommend making an appointment. However, you’re more than welcome to come down and have a browse around the showroom.
2. Imaginative bathroom design
Our talented bathroom designers will use their vast experience, creativity and expert skills to create a design that makes the most of your available space and meets the needs of every member of your family.
This 3D design typically shows the layout of your new bathroom, options for sanitaryware, furniture and potential wall and floor finishes.
If you would like to use our design service we require a £150 3D design deposit for single rooms, or £250 plus for multiple rooms. This deposit will be deducted from your order with a minimum spend of 4K, increasing for multiple rooms, and depending on the overall value of the room we request for the furniture to be included. We require 2-3 weeks to create the designs, write up the quotation and will invite you back into the showroom to review the designs and options.
3. Flawless bathroom fitting
Whether you’re refreshing a small space or completely redesigning a large bathroom, we can make life much easier for you after the design of your project has been finalised.
That’s because we regularly work with high-quality and trusted bathroom fitters who are hugely experienced at turning our creative designs into spaces that are perfectly practical and look incredible.
If you do require an installer, we work closely with a number of selected bathroom fitters, who can undertake all aspect of your renovation.
A good rule of thumb for installation, is what you’re spending on the product, expect to spend that again on the installation. However, this is just a very rough guide without knowing your requirements and what’s involved.
