"We had two bathroom supplier options and what caused us to visit was the recommendation we had from someone else who'd used Morland Bathrooms but also the extensive display of so many options. But what got us signing up was Andrew Quayle's patient explanation of all the different options we had and answering my stupid questions (how does the suspended toilet stay up?!). Our questions led to more suggestions and Andrew was so patient and pointed out lots of alternatives to help us get to what we liked: there were numerous things we just didn't have a clue about when we first visited. The CAD drawing was worth every penny to see what we could end up with and really valuable in assisting in our decisions. The fitters suggested by Andrew were absolutely tops too: Simon and T-J were superb and worked diligently to get things perfect. It took a while to get booked in but that's what happens with good fitters in demand. I'm leaving this review 4 months after fitting as problems can pop up after leaving a good review . . . but we've had no problems at all. A very tiny issue (couple of tiny hinges had come apart on a cabinet) was dealt with by Andrew who took ownership of it really quickly and we had replacements within a couple of days. For what can be an unnerving decision on a big project (who to trust, who to use) we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Morland Bathrooms and wouln't use anyone else."
